Historian and Archival Specialist, she has developed her professional career in close connection with the Historical Archive of the Bank of Spain since 1995, taking on its direction in recent years. Throughout her career, she has promoted numerous projects aimed at enhancing and disseminating the institution’s documentary and numismatic heritage. Previously, she worked as an archivist at the Archivo General de Palacio, an experience that allowed her to consolidate her expertise in managing historical collections. She is the author of several reference publications, including Planos históricos de los edificios del Banco de España. Madrid y sucursales (2015) and Archivo Fotográfico del Banco de España. 1874-2023 (2023). In addition, she curated the exhibition Archivo Fotográfico del Banco de España. De la albúmina al pixel (2024), which presented to the public for the first time the newly created photographic collection of the institution. She is a full member of the Instituto de Estudios Madrileños, part of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), where she has contributed with the publication of biographies of prominent architects who have left their mark on the city of Madrid.
