Alejandro Simón

PHD IN FINE ARTS

Alejandro Simón is a researcher, artist and lecturer in fine arts. He works with images to develop a critical outlook from an artist’s perspective. He holds a PhD from the Complutense University in Madrid and has worked for organisations such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Artes Reina Sofía, the CA2M Dos de Mayo Art Centre and the Valencia Institute of Modern Art.

He has curated exhibitions by artists including Miguel Benlloch and Diego del Pozo, and university projects linked to archives and remembrance. His work has been published by Bellaterrra and Brumaria, among others.
