Iñaki Chávarri studied art at the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been awarded scholarships to study in Chicago (Art Institute of Chicago, 2005) and for artist residencies in Japan (Mino Paper Art Village, 2006), Finland (Kulttuurikauppila, 2009), Berlin (GlogauAIR, 2010) and Bogotá, through Acción Cultural Española (Flora ars + natura, 2016). His exhibitions include 'Iceberg', at the Matadero (Madrid, 2012) and 'Después de ahora' ['After Now'], at the Raquel Ponce Gallery (2015).
